ABOUT US

Launchpad Youth Community Inc. is a Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS) supporting young people and their children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the city of Sydney, Australia. Launchpad provides housing and wrap around case management support for hundreds of vulnerable young people ever year.

The main programs Launchpad operates are the following:

Sydney Youth Homelessness Hub (SYHH)

Supporting young people aged 16–25 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in the City of Sydney local government area (LGA).

Sydney District Young Parents Program (SYPP)

Supporting young families to exit homelessness or sustain functioning living arrangements.

Launchpad Brokerage program

Flexible financial support to achieve housing outcomes and other case management goals for young people.

A leading organisation focused on breaking the cycle of homelessness and empowering young people to live safely and independently in community.

We provide equitable, culturally safe services to enhance young people’s
capacity to have a safe and stable home.
