This is an opportunity to make positive change in young people’s lives.

Launchpad Youth Community Inc. is on Gadigal and Wangal Land of the Eora Nation. We prevent youth homelessness and empower
young people to successfully achieve independence. Many of the youth and children we serve are First Nations people.

We seek a First Nations person for a Board member role that will receive participation fees, in recognition of members’ time and knowledge.
We encourage First Nations people with community engagement, youth services, housing, homelessness, governance, business management, finance or fund raising experience across a range of age groups. We also welcome First Nations people who have faced homelessness.

Your strengths can be personal or professional, with connections to the local area important.

Participation fees are available.

Candidates must identify as being an Aboriginal
and/or Torres Strait Islander person.

No previous Board experience is required.

Meeting ten times a year at Erskineville in Sydney,
this is your chance to influence the organisation,
practices and culture at Launchpad
