We are passionate about empowering young people and are looking for skilled and committed professionals to help take Launchpad Youth Community to the next level.

This is an opportunity to make positive change in young people’s lives.

Launchpad Youth Community Inc. is on Gadigal and Wangal Land of the Eora Nation. We prevent youth homelessness and empower young people to successfully achieve independence. Many of the youth and children we serve are First Nations people.

We are seeking Board Members who may have worked in youth services, housing, homelessness, governance, business management, finance or fundraising or have experienced homelessness. We particularly encourage First Nations people across a range of age groups who are well-connected among Indigenous Australian people, families, communities and networks.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve not been on a Board before. We’re interested in your broader experiences, perspectives, knowledge and networks and how they can influence the organisation, practices and culture at Launchpad. Your strengths can be personal or professional, with some connection to the local area desirable.
